They collaborate with clients and colleagues on projects large and small.
Lisa started her career putting on puppet shows when she wasn't riding her Schwinn Stingray bike throughout her neighborhood. Fast forward a decade and she's "Gale Force", weather woman on the radio.
The show business bug soon had her working major music concerts while putting her film major degree to work as a camera assistant, sound tech, set designer, art director, location scout and eventually producer, creative director and assistant director.
In her spare time she produced numerous events for the Grand Rapids Art Museum as well as the grand opening of the Frederik Meijer Gardens and Sculpture Park. Much bigger puppet shows.
Creative. Intuitive. Collaborative. Part artist, part technician, part accountant and all producer, Lisa has a working knowledge of every facet of production. She casts talent like a storyteller and bolsters her location scouting expertise with her active real estate license. She preps, manages and finesses while staying steps ahead - keeping the shoot, crew and project on task, on budget and on message.

Rasikas started his career as a college intern operating a multi-axis cel animation stand. In a forty-year career, he's worked professionally as a still photographer, cinematographer, multi-image producer, film editor, producer and director.
He's directed governors, Nobel Laureates, CEOs, billionaires, artists, actors, regular folk, kids and dogs. He's filmed on five continents and in his parent's backyard. In collaboration with talented colleagues around the country, the body of work ranges from web snippets to thirty-second commercials and thirty-minute documentaries - from weeks to years in the making.
An idea guy, visual guy and problem solver, he's part illustrator, part architect and part writer who seldom scribes and can't draw. With decades of hands-on experience in almost every facet of film making, he can’t keep his hands off the script, the camera, graphics, sound or edit. And on every project, he applies all he's learned and practiced. So far.
Most recently, Rasikas has been focusing on smaller, select projects for organizations and nonprofits. In addition he's been a role player as editor, director or consultant to companies and other colleagues on their projects.
